Welcome, new clients
You can expect clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, caring technicians, and straight answers. We appreciate the role we get to play in your pet's health.
How intake works
- Book your first visit, through our pet portal or by calling (760) 373-7387.
- We'll text or email you a secure intake link once you're on the schedule, ahead of your appointment.
- Fill it out from your phone, your info and your pet's info, before you arrive.
- Check-in takes minutes, since it's already done.
Good to have ready when that link arrives: your previous veterinarian's name (so we can request records), current medications, and anything we should know about your pet, allergies, past reactions, or bite history.
Your first visit
- Bring prior records if you have them, or tell us your previous vet and we'll request them.
- Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier. The lobby will thank you.
- Bring your questions. Nothing is too small to ask.
Payment
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard, plus financing through CareCredit, Scratchpay, or Cherry. We also offer discounts for senior citizens and local rescue groups (rescue group discounts require pre-approval, call ahead).
