The guidance on this website, including our high desert health guides and the emergency page, is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for examining your animal. Every pet is different and the only way to know what is wrong with yours is to have them seen.

Never delay getting help because of something you read here. If your pet is in trouble, call (760) 373-7387 during our hours or go straight to an emergency hospital. Our emergency page lists the nearest ones.

Forms and messages

Submitting a form on this site does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment request is a request; it is not confirmed until someone from the clinic confirms it with you. Do not use any form on this site for an urgent problem. Website forms are checked during business hours, and we are closed Thursdays.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep hours, addresses, services, and emergency referrals correct, and we mark anything still being confirmed. Even so, details change, particularly the hours and status of other hospitals we refer to. Call ahead rather than relying on this page.

Links to other sites

We link to an online pharmacy, a client portal, and outside resources such as USDA APHIS and poison control. Those are run by other organisations under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
